Need help with your order or have questions before ordering? Below are answers to common questions:
Please send a request to email@example.com using the email address associated with your PayPal account. We will resend the download link to this address. If you are unable to send an email from that account, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance.
Our bundle is delivered as a zip file. You will need to unzip the file before using it. Most operating systems will allow you to do this by right clicking on the file and selecting an option like "Extract All." The wording may vary depending on your operating system. If you don't see an option like this, please search Google for information on how to unzip files on your operating system.
Our PDF downloads are just simple PDF files. There are no restrictions on these files that would prevent you from printing. Please try printing with another computer or printer. If this doesn't work, you may need to contact support for your printer and/or computer for additional assistance. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer support for troubleshooting issues with your printer setup.
If you are attempting to print the free versions of our music, please note that these are low-resolution images for displaying online only. The print quality is likely to be too low to be useable. If you need a printed copy of the music, we recommend purchasing the PDF version. The PDF files we sell include unlimited high quality printing.
The music will work on a tablet and can also be downloaded from one. However, please note that we do not provide tech support for any aspect of this. Limiting support for issues like this is the only way we are able to offer the prices we do. There are far too many variables in terms of hardware and software for us to be able to support this. If you choose to download and use the music on a tablet, you are responsible for figuring out the process. At the very least, you will need a file explorer app, an app that can extract files from a zip file, and a PDF or sheet music viewer app. It is your responsibility to figure out which apps will work with your tablet.
You can make this easier by downloading the music on a desktop or laptop computer and unzipping the files there. You could then transfer the files to your tablet. You would then need only one app for viewing PDF files. Please be aware that PDF apps on Android and iOS are very buggy in our experience. If one doesn't work, you may need to try another one. There are also paid sheet music viewing apps like Mobile Sheets Pro and forScore that work better.
Please also note that usually a file has downloaded even if you don't think it has. Mobile operating systems like Android and iOS don't provide access to the file system without downloading a file explorer app. You may not be able to access the file without having one.
While we review and proofread music multiple times before publishing it, mistakes do occasionally slip through (this happens even with big sheet music publishing companies). In some cases, our version of the music may be different from the the version you know. This happens because a lot of music exists in numerous versions with different lyrics, melodies, etc. However, if you find an error in any of our music, please send an email to email@example.com with details and we'll look into it.
There are several reasons for this. The first is that the music is still under copyright, which makes it difficult or impossible for us to offer our own arrangement. This is true of nearly all music written since 1923. It's also possible that we haven't gotten around to it yet or aren't aware of a particular song or piece. Another reason is that we tend to focus on music that has high enough demand to justify releasing our own version of it.
If the information above doesn't address your issue, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include a detailed explanation of your issue. For example, telling us you can't download doesn't provide us with any useful information. You need to explain what you are doing and what is happening including any error messages.
